The Role: Senior CRM Manager
You will be the champion of customer-oriented strategies. Zero in on your CRM competencies by owning the entire customer lifecycle and journey! Create meaningful campaigns and reach the right people. Dive deep into data and drive decision making. Ultimately, you will be the ruler in charge of winning customers, which is the lifeblood of every business.
- Draw data from customers to improve conversions and boost sales
- Take charge of customer segmentation by ensuring proper division for marketing activities
- Be highly involved in upselling, reselling, and retaining customers
- Conceptualize campaigns that will increase customer loyalty
- Spearhead liaison with sales and collaborate with other functions to ensure proper execution and evaluation of campaigns
- Track conversions and optimize EDMs
